As a Station Agent at Turkish Airlines, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding passenger services, creating memorable experiences, and ensuring seamless operations at the Airport Office in Tanzania.

Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome passengers and facilitate smooth coordination between various airport entities
• Prepare flight documents, place catering orders, and maintain flight records
• Coordinate lost baggage handling and follow compensation processes
• Perform statistical analysis of flight coupons

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or high school graduation
• Minimum 1 year experience in civil aviation or tourism
• Ability to work in high-pressure situations and handle multiple tasks
• Excellent command of English and local language(s)
