KEDA (T) Ceramics Co. Ltd operates a glass factory in Tanzania as part of the Chinese-based KEDA Industrial Group. The plant, which began production in late 2024, produces architectural glass and has significantly boosted the region’s manufacturing and export capacity. The initiative was designed to reduce Tanzania’s dependence on imported glass and increase international exports.

KEDA Glass Factory is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to support our sales operations. The ideal candidate will identify new customers, manage existing client relationships, and drive sales growth in the glass manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell glass products to clients
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends
• Maintain strong relationships with customers
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field
• 1–3 years of sales experience (experience in manufacturing or building materials is a plus)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in English (Swahili or Chinese is an advantage)
