REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of senior management experience within the transportation/logistics industry.
• Demonstrated excellence in strategic planning and business development.
• Outstanding team leadership and cross-cultural communication management skills.
• Skilled in using CRM systems and standard office productivity software.
• Fluency in both English and Swahili is required.
• In-depth knowledge of the Tanzanian transportation industry’s policies and market landscape.
