Goodwill Ceramic (Tanzania) is a manufacturer and supplier of ceramic floor and wall tiles, as well as sanitary ware. It is a division of the Chinese company, Wangkang Group. The company announced in 2023 that its sales offices had moved to Sido station on Nyerere Road in Dar es Salaam. The company also produces paper, daily-use porcelain, and cartons at its Mkuranga industrial park.

Duty & Responsibilities:

• Create and design compelling visual content for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns.
• Develop multimedia assets, including videos, animations, infographics, and interactive content
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute content strategies that align with our brand and marketing objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and emerging technologies to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant.
• Manage and maintain a consistent brand identity across all digital channels
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver content that exceeds expectations

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field
• Proven experience in graphic design and multimedia content creation
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their content requirements
• Exceptional creativity and the ability to think outside the box
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices is a plus
