Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Support/Helpdesk
• Hands-on skills in hardware/software troubleshooting
• Basic knowledge of networks (LAN/WAN, IP configuration)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience in a financial institution is an added advantage
