Maven HR Solutions is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Officer to join our team. As an HR Officer, you will play a key role in supporting our human resources functions, ensuring compliance with company policies, and fostering a positive work environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience as an HR Officer or similar role
• Strong knowledge of labour laws, regulations, and HR best practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and onboarding of new employees
• Manage employee relations, including employee communications, counselling, and conflict resolution
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases
• Support employee engagement initiatives and activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and labour laws
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR strategies’
