Educational Background

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Professional Experience

Minimum of 3 years in financial services or banking, with a focus on:
Credit analysis
Loan underwriting
Sales and marketing
Risk management
Proven track record in:
Managing credit portfolios
Making sound lending decisions
Technical and Analytical Skills
Strong ability to:
Interpret financial statements
Perform cashflow analysis
Evaluate creditworthiness

Familiarity with:

Regulatory compliance
Up-to-date knowledge of market trends
Institutional products and services
