Responsibilities;
- Assist in planning, implementing, and maintaining GPS tracking and fleet management systems for clients.
- Oversee installation, configuration, and calibration of GPS tracking devices and sensors.
- Support software and hardware troubleshooting for client systems and internal operations.
- Monitor the performance of GPS tracking platforms and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the R&D or software team for system upgrades, firmware updates, and feature enhancements.
- Supervise field technicians and ensure adherence to company standards and procedures.
- Conduct technical training sessions for technicians and customer support teams.
- Review installation reports and provide feedback or corrective action where necessary.
- Work closely with clients to understand requirements and provide technical recommendations.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure timely delivery.
- Support customer service teams in addressing escalated technical issues.
- Prepare and present technical reports, performance metrics, and system improvement proposals.
- Ensure all GPS tracking installations meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Maintain documentation for technical processes, configurations, and client deployments.
- Participate in audits and implement corrective measures where required.
Requirements
Qualifications;
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Auto Electrical, Automobile engineering or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in GPS tracking, telematics or fleet management solutions.
- Prior supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
- Knowledge of vehicle electrical systems, data analytics tools, and cloud based monitoring solutions.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting tools, firmware flashing, and device configuration.
- Excellent leadership and team coordination abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and client-handling capabilities.
- Time management and ability to multitask under pressure.
