Prime Zone Limited is a registered company in Tanzania with it’s headquarter at Kimara- Baruti, Dar es Salaam. The company specialized in the supplies of hardware and building materials as well as manufacturing and supply of all kind of furniture (school, hospitals, household as well as office Furniture).

Duties and responsibilities

• Follow up on overdue invoices and negotiate payment arrangements
• Ensure accurate and timely billing and monitor customer payments
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare account payable and receivable report and aging schedules
• Maintain positive customer collection for successful collections
• Ensure all tax compliance and timely submission (Withholding, VAT- Returns, co-operate tax, provisional taxes and any other necessary.
• Compiling and presenting reports, commentaries, and financial statements.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of credit management and risk mitigation.
• High ethical standards and compliance.
• Mathematical accuracy is very important
• Knowing of accounting software (e.g. SAP, QuickBooks etc.) may be advantageous to applicant.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in finance, accounting or business administration
• At least one (1) year of experience in accounting, finance.
