Twyford brand has successively established 8 factories in Kenya, Tanzania, Senegal, Zambia, Ghana,Cameroon, Côte d’Ivoire (Under construction) and The Republic of Honduras(Under construction) since 2016. Twyford is seeking talented and experienced Human Resources professionals to join our growing team. We have four (4) openings across various specialization levels within Performance, Compensation & Benefits, and Recruitment. Responsibilities or duties:
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve the company’s performance management system.
- Coordinate performance appraisal cycles, ensuring timeliness, fairness, and transparency.
- Support line managers in setting KPIs, targets, and competency frameworks aligned with company goals.
- Analyze performance data to identify talent gaps and training needs.
- Provide feedback and coaching support to departments to improve team performance.
- Prepare performance reports and propose reward or development recommendations.
- Assist in building a high-performance culture through communication and training initiatives.
Qualifications or requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–4 years of working experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
- Skills: Familiarity with HR systems and platforms, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple roles and prioritize effectively.
